Wanda's mother is a witch, but Wanda wishes she wasn't! Following yet another of Esmerelda's failed spells, Wanda, her mother and her granny have to move to a new town. AGAIN. Things get worse when Wanda meets her new teacher, Miss Flint, who hates most things, especially children, laughter, sunshine and dessert.
